Presenter Profile

Each week we are going to introduce one of our fantastic Presenters so we all get to know each other a little better 🙂 This week we have profiled our awesome product development specialist Trista Lyle to tell us a little bit about herself. This will give you an idea of the kind of information we can share in our profile. In this modern information age, we get bombarded with so much information that we can forget that we are individuals with character, interests and little things that make us unique human beings. It’s a tool that can help us connect with similar people to share stories and experiences.

A little bit about Trista ☺

I live in Brisbane with my husband with whom I have two beautiful children. Twelve months ago I decided it was time to go back into the work force after being a stay at home mum for seven years. I stumbled across Jay’s ad on Facebook advertising for a position at head office and was instantly intrigued. I do love chocolate. I quickly joined the team and have not looked back since. My background prior to having children was in fast food management and retail, however while at home I began and graduated from a Bachelor of business majoring in event management. I have since begun a Master’s degree of business administration (MBA) which I am due to complete in January 2017. Every day I find my job fulfilling and challenging. I am inspired by your stories of success and love to find new and innovative ways to grow this business even faster. I love what I do and wouldn’t change it for the world.

Chocolate Business 19.05.16

After a day of portal issues on Tuesday, hot on the heels of a week of large and mysterious bandwidth spikes on our admin email account, everything is now back to normal at admin. We’re buzzing towards conference, finalising negotiations on t-shirts and caps and working on a new marketing plan.
Week 21 has been sweet and hectic – we hope it has been for you also. Jay and the team.

DSA Podcast Channel

DSA recently launched a podcast channel called “Direct selling radio – Empowering entrepreneurs”. Podcasts are designed to promote the direct selling industry, deliver useful and relevant content to the field and raise awareness about our industry and DSA. Each week DSA will be interviewing a new distributor, nominated by members for a 20-30 minute Skype session. Participants will be given a list of topics to choose from and will receive an outline of questions based on their selection. The focus will be on topics such as leadership, attitude, working from home, mindset, time management and overcoming challenges. Let us know if you’re interested in an interview of this nature and we can nominate you ☺ The audio will be edited before being uploaded.
